I am an Adult and Forensic Psychiatrist in Auckland with a private practice and almost 10 years of experience at Mason Clinic. I have been an Honorary Academic at the University of Auckland and a member of The Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK since 2006. I became a fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2009 and a certified Forensic Psychiatrist in 2015. With over 15 years of international experience, I assess and treat ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, and Psychosis. I create personalized treatment plans based on solid evidence. My approach emphasizes recovery and involves working with families, GPs, and therapists. I also conduct medico-legal evaluations for ACC, employers, insurance companies, Immigration New Zealand, and professional councils. I keep up-to-date with interests in neuroscience and digital psychiatry.

I am an adult psychiatrist in private practice, with over 10 years as a consultant psychiatrist at the District Health Board. I graduated from medical school in India in 2002 and became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK in 2006, followed by a fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2009. I have worked in Auckland's health services, including community mental health and inpatient care, while also running a part-time private practice. I help adults with various mental health issues like ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and neurodevelopmental disorders. My approach focuses on understanding challenges to guide treatment and promote family involvement. I also have experience in medico-legal psychiatry, providing reports for Family Court, ACC, employers, insurance companies, and Immigration New Zealand.

Originally from Northamptonshire in the UK, I moved to beautiful New Zealand with my husband and 2 girls 18 yrs ago. I worked in Accident and Medical Administration as a Team Leader for 10 years and have been working in the Private Mental Health sector for the last 8 years, which I thoroughly enjoy. I strive to provide the best services and care to make patients’ Mental Health journey as smooth and as stress free as possible. My reward every day is hoping that I have made someone’s day a little lighter and brighter.
