CLINICAL SERVICES
If you are self-referring, you will be asked to complete first a Referral form for triaging.
We prefer referrals from your GP or other health professionals.
On acceptance of referrals, please complete an Intake Form when your booking is confirmed.
FORENSIC SERVICES:
We offer referral-only services. We accept referrals from legal counsels or Courts.
We do not accept self-referrals for this service.
Medico-legal (civil) SERVICES:
We offer referral-only services. We accept referrals from relevant referrers.
We do not accept self-referrals for this service.
